We provide the customer our knowledge of the Milan real estate market to find the ideal home.

 

The advice starts with understanding customer's needs, required to search and select  the best  solutions; the customer will eventually see only the properties that best match his desires.

We do not have a property portfolio, we are not mediators but consultants and our customer is the one who seeks the perfect housing solution, but does not have the time or the right knowledge of the market: the home hunting service allows the customer to evaluate only those proposals that might actually be interested.

The advice of the perfect property search, follow the customer in all subsequent phases related to the acquisition:

- drafting of preliminary (owned and rented) and leases

- relationship to the Notary

- looking for renovatione companies if necessary;  

- contact with the bank for the loan application.

We can follow customer from research to the entrance into his new home.

 

Fee is determined in 3% of the purchase value and in 15% of the rental value and it's required only in case of successful research.
